Motorola Launches Moto E 4G at Rs. 7999
Making entry in the Indian market again, Motorola just launched its new 4G compatible smartphone, Moto E 4G. The pre-orders for this device is being done on the company’s exclusive online partner, Flipkart. Flipkart has guaranteed the delivery of this device within 2 weeks (max), due to the increasing amounts of orders and stock limitations.
The Motorola (2nd Gen) 3G network support and the Motorola (2nd Gen) 4G network support phones share many features. The key difference between both the smartphones, apart from the network support is the chipset. The keynotes of Moto E 4G is that it holds onto a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on a 4.5-inch (540x960p) display. It runs a 64-bit Quad Core 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 processor whereas Moto E 3G comes with a Quad Core 1.2GHz Snapdragon 200 processor.
The 4G phone has the Lollipop operating system i.e. Android 5.0. It has a 5mp rear and VGA front camera. Having 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage, it holds micro SD card slot supporting up to 32GB. It has a Li-Ion 2390 mAh battery and would be available in black and white color. Being Rs. 1000 more expensive than the Moto E (2nd Gen) 3G, this LTE network supported phone is priced at Rs.7,999.
With screen size of 5.5-inch which is bigger than Moto E LTE’s 4.5-inch panel its top rivals are Lenovo A7000, Micromax’s Yu Yureka and Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 4G.
