Apple’s new app to help Android users to switch to iOS

Apple Move

Apple being Google’s arch-nemesis doesn’t shy away taking a jab at Google’s expense, to prove the supremacy of iOS over android. With the release of iOS 9, Apple is supposedly launching a new app by the name ‘Move’ to help people switch from android to iOS.

In their earlier attempt to woo new customers, especially existing android ones, Apple had released a step-by-step guide to move their android device’s digital content to iOS.

The app aims to help transfer essentials like contacts, messages, calendars, mail accounts, and media from an Android device to any iPhone or iPad running iOS 9 effortlessly using a secure wireless connection.

You can obviously do this manually, but this app helps Apple to suggest you apps on Apple’s app store, similar to the ones you had on your android device. This is indeed a smart move.

The app also hosts a message which reads – “You can recycle this Android phone for free at any Apple Store.”

Your move Google!
